Kevin Giudice & Co has been building Geraldton for 35 years. We are a local company that supports local people and businesses.

Kevin’s daughter Serena joined the business in 1999 and is a registered builder. She is currently the only female registered builder in Geraldton. Serena is actively involved with the Master Builders Association and was nominated to become part of the committee in 2007.

Kevin Giudice & Co has been known for building quality up market homes in the Midwest for over 3 decades, we created Geraldton Homes to make quality houses affordable for people working to a strict budget as well as people building the home of their dreams.

Geraldton Homes are built by Kevin Giudice & Co. We have won numerous awards over the years and are renowned for the quality of workmanship we provide home after home. Our motto is, “If you wouldn’t accept it in your own home, don’t accept it anybody else’s”

We have a great team at Geraldton Homes. We offer a wealth of experience and knowledge. Our high standards and level of supervision ensure that our company delivers a high quality finish and sets a benchmark for building in the Midwest.

Kevin Giudice & Co continues to build custom designed new homes and is able to carry out extensions, renovations and commercial works.
